In this episode of Deep Dish Dialogues, we discussed wild, Indigenous and farmed food systems. We also explored how food is grown can impact flavour, nutrition and access. While in discussion, Chef Destiny Moser prepared a special dish of braised bison with a wild rice mushroom pilaf and fiddleheads.
