Driven by a passion for sustainability, agricultural entrepreneurship, and cutting-edge technologies, Forough has dedicated her academic journey to exploring innovative solutions that bridge environmental responsibility with market dynamics. With an MSc in Management (Marketing Specialization) from Brock University, Forough has focused her research on sustainability marketing, technology adoption, and consumer behavior.
Her notable contributions include collaborating on impactful research projects such as “Sustainability Marketing with Augmented Reality” and “Fostering Climate-Change Performance and Impact through AI Strategies.” These projects highlight her commitment to leveraging technology to address climate change challenges. Currently pursuing her PhD at the Lang School of Business, Forough is also deeply invested in agricultural entrepreneurship and supporting marginalized farmers in entering the Canadian agriculture industry. She is eager to apply her interdisciplinary expertise to the Net Zero Food Systems Challenge, working towards creating resilient, efficient, and sustainable food systems that support both environmental and economic well-being.
