Deep Dish Dialogues showcases chefs and experts from the University of Guelph exploring a variety of food topics. Each event features new guests in conversation while creating a meal connected to the topic. This event takes place in the Anita Stewart Memorial Food Laboratory and was a vision of the late University of Guelph Food Laureate and Food Day Canada founder, Anita Stewart.
